About

Hi, I’m Ayla! Welcome to MamaTried.co!

I currently live in Tennessee with my husband, two cats and our son Leo. Like most people, I’ve been obsessed with food since birth. But it wasn’t until right before college, after battling recurring health and digestion issues, when I realized that the food I eat and the products I consume directly affect how I feel. That’s when I began digging deep into natural-living and I haven’t stopped since. After personal research, serving in more restaurants and cafés that I can count, and working with various leading companies in the health & wellness industry, I’ve discovered that there is a longing for people, like myself, to improve their health and lives in a natural way.

I’ve always dreamed of starting my own website, but every time I would try the timing just didn’t feel right. It wasn’t until my son was born (and subsequently rocked my entire world) that I knew it was time to get cracking. I suddenly realized that combining my passion for natural living along with my experiences as a new mama was a perfect mission for this website.

So, I present to you MamaTried.co – a community for the mama, each and every version. Mamas come in all forms. It doesn’t just take a village for raising kids. We need a village, too! So let’s come together to discuss health, wellness, motherhood and life, all while enjoying some delicious recipes and fun content along the way. This project is just getting started and there’s still a lot of work to be done, but with your support we’ll grow this thing organically, together, into a destination for women everywhere. Because we’re all in this together and we’re all trying our best and that’s the beauty of it!

So make yourself at home! Put on some comfy clothes, pour yourself a hot cup of tea and stay a while. I’m so glad you’re here and can’t wait to get to know you!

Oh, and btw, before you go be sure to sign up for my email list so you can stay updated with our new content. And if you have any suggestions for the site send me a message! I’d love to chat!
